CANCELATION POLICY

FLLFNO requires “All cancellations must be received at leas t 7 business days before the start of the event and registration refunds are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail (fllfno@gflowinc.com) No refunds will be made for requests received after that time. Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow two weeks for processing.
Event Cancellation by FLLFNO FLLFNO reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If FLLFNO cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. If the event is postponed under certain circumstances, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment; or by check if that was the form of payment. These above policies apply to all FLLFNO events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
